1. Are the units pre-made, hand-made, or machine made? All units are created on a sewing machine 
2. Is the hair 100% human? Yes, all hair for the units are 100% human hair. We use Virgin Hair, Raw Cambodian and Vietnamese Hair. The type of hair used will be listed under each unit. 
3. Do all units come with closures/frontals? Yes all units come with closures and/or frontals. Which type of closure/frontal sizes will be listed in the description. 
4. Are the units pre-plucked? Yes the closure/frontal will be pre-plucked and the knots will be bleached. 
5. How long does shipping take? Shipping takes 3-5 days. Timing varies based on your mail carrier 
6. Can I request a custom unit? In the near future, yes you will be able to. At this time, you cannot.
7. How long do the units last? Units can last 2-5 years with proper care and maintenance. Closure/frontals may need to be replaced sooner depending on wear and tear.
8. Am I able to pick-up my order? With verification of identity 
9. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all forms of payments from major credit cards and even Shopify installment payments!
10. How do I know this unit will fit? We strongly suggest pre measuring your head for accuracy. All units sizes do not fit everyone. So please read the description of each unit to get the exact fit or closest to it as possible.
